We are offering a limited-time 7% discount for early payments made on select Home Fibre packages. Please read the following terms carefully:


1. Eligible Plans

Only the following Home Fibre packages qualify for this offer:

🔹 Tariffs below 12Mbps (e.g., 8Mbps) and non-home packages (e.g., BizLiteX or Dedicated plans) do not qualify.


2. How It Works

  • Pay your monthly subscription at least 7 days before your current service expiry, and you will receive 7% off the next active billing cycle.

  • The discount will be automatically applied—no registration, voucher, or code is required.

  • You’ll see the discount reflected in your next billing statement or customer portal.


3. Payment Criteria

To trigger the discount:

  • You must pay in one transaction that is equal to or greater than your monthly plan price.

    • Example: For a plan costing KES 2,499, you must pay KES 2,499 or more, in a single transaction.

  • Partial or split payments will not trigger the discount.


4. Example

If your internet service is set to expire on 30th June, your payment must be received by 23rd June to receive the discount for July’s subscription.


5. Additional Notes

  • This offer is only available to prepaid home internet subscribers in good standing.

  • Customer must have only one active internet service on their account at the time of payment.
    Accounts with multiple active subscriptions (e.g., additional home, business, or any other service) are not eligible.

  • The 7% discount:

    • Is non-transferable

    • Is not cumulative

    • Applies only to the next immediate billing cycle

  • Wavex ISP reserves the right to change or cancel the offer at any time.

  • The discount may not apply if your service is suspended, downgraded or modified before your next billing cycle.
